Bennett started off our week of firsts! On Monday he cut his very first tooth! Six days before his tooth came in, Bennett had a doctor's appointment. Our doctor said that he didn't think Bennett would get teeth for some time.
Hmmm...... I guess our little boy told him!
Bennett also started to really rock back and forth. He is getting ready to crawl! He was really trying to get at
Gurgi (our dog) in this picture.
I'm not as pleased
with the next first. Bennett rolled over to the door and kept kicking it repeatedly (it was cute at first, but then got extremely annoying). We didn't think that he would hurt anything, but after the millionth kick he broke off the back of the door. It was the first thing (of many I'm sure) that he has broken.
Finally! The last first that I'm going to post is that I am going to get my very first student teacher! I feel so grown up! :0)

Wow Ash! You are so right. Benny is just getting cuter and cuter and blonder and blonder! Look at all that hair! Oh my gosh! He's just the cutest little dude. Sounds like one exciting week. That baby of yours sure gets cuter all the time. I'm just sad I won't be around to see any of his firsts. Just give him a big kiss for me. I am going to miss snuggling with that little one.

I can't believe how big (and blonde) Mr. Bennett turned out to be. So, I was wondering...can I be your student teacher?? Remember methods and your 1st grade cooperating teacher? Ahhhhh scary!!!
