Happy Easter!

We started off our Easter weekend with taking Bennett to his grandma and Pap pap Shetter's house. I always love going to Gettysburg. We went on a walk down by the creek with my two nieces and sister-in-law, Laura. This is a picture of the house that I took on the walk. I love to hear the stories about Tim and his 9 siblings in this house. You can see the fun tree house in the picture too. One summer when Tim and I painted the house we were able to sleep in the tree house! I would love to have something like that for Bennett one day. The coolest part about Tim's house and barn is how old it is. It served as a hospital during the Civil War/ Gettysburg Battle.
I love the look on Bennett's face in these two pictures. We had a lot of fun at the Shetters! Bennett not only ate his first ham dinner, he was spoiled with attention from his grandparents and cousins.

We spent Easter Sunday with my parents. Bennett took his first ride in the go-cart. I am not surprised that he was not the least bit afraid to ride in the go-cart. He is such a little dare devil. We joke that he will be the first one in our family with the broken bones and stitches. Bennett even laughed when Tim drove so fast that his hat flew off.

Here is Bug getting spoiled senseless from his grandma and "Peepaw". Can you tell he is loved?

Happy Easter!
